DESIGN DETAIL
An intelligent square toe with a playful cord ribbon.
The DALI ballet flats have a clean, square-toe design that gives them an urban feel. The oversized cord ribbon adds a touch of sweetness, creating a perfectly balanced design that is easy for mature women to wear on a daily basis.
The material is linen woven with gold lame thread for a delicate sparkle. The three-dimensional flocked dots on top bring out the rich, deep texture of the material. A naturally refreshing feel mixed with luxurious textures, this is a versatile pair of shoes.
FUNCTION DETAIL
Handcrafted by artisans in Nagata, Kobe, these shoes are designed for a relaxed fit.
- Stretch tape collar: Soft tension stretch tape is used. It gently conforms to the shape of your foot and reduces tightness.
- Double cushioning structure: Shank (midsole core) supports the core of the body + double cushioning. It provides a soft, gentle feel on the bottom, making it difficult to feel the ground.
- Comfortable insole: Soft-touch insole made from 100% scallop shell with antibacterial treatment and instant deodorizing (Modeo).
- Suitable for both sunny and rainy days: The waterproof sole prevents water from getting in even on rainy days.

3. 返品・交換をお受けできない場合
以下に該当する商品は、返品・交換をお受けできません。
• お届けから 7日以上経過 した商品
• 一度でも使用した商品（玄関などでの底傷も不可）
• 試着時に履きジワがついた商品
• オーダー商品のサイズ違い
• 糊汚れや底裏の細かい傷、店頭試着済みの商品
• 出荷前の靴箱の傷や汚れ
• セール・サンプル品などの特別商品
• 当サイト・清澄白河の店舗以外で購入した商品
• 靴箱を紛失または直接送り状を貼付した場合
• 「明細書」または「納品書」を紛失した場合
• 弊社基準で「良品」と判断した微細な汚れ・傷
• [例] 少量の糊汚れ、中敷きの浮き、つり込み時のシワなど
• 色味や質感が画像と異なるように見える
• 匂い
シューズの製造過程では接着に強力なゴム糊を使用しており、納品までの日数が短い場合は匂いが残ることがあります。匂いを理由とした返品・交換はお受けできません。
匂いが気になる場合は、風通しの良い場所で陰干ししてください。
■ 接着剤や製造上の個体差、装飾品について
・シューズの製作工程では、ソールの接着や仕上げ処理のために接着剤（糊）を使用しています。
できる限り除去しておりますが、素材や構造上、除去しきれない箇所が残る場合がございます。
これらは製造上避けられない仕様であり、不良品には該当しません。返品・交換の対象外となります。
ただし、ご希望があれば再度当店にて糊の拭き取り・再仕上げ対応をさせていただくことも可能です。糊の付着の判断及び拭き取りの可否は、実際に商品を確認させて頂く必要がありますのでまずはご相談ください。
・柄や毛並みのある生地は、左右の柄の出方や個体差がございます。また少量生産のため、生地の追加タイミングにより、ロット毎に色合いや風合いが変わる場合がございます。ご理解をお願い致します。
・装飾品（ビジューやコサージュ、リボン等）の装飾品が本体から外れていないか、ビジューの石取れが無いかは、商品到着後速やかにご確認ください。着用後の不具合については対応しかねる場合がございます。初期のビジューの石取れは対象の石のストックがある場合は無償で修理対応致します（往復送料はご負担お願いします）。装飾品の交換はストックがある場合に有償にて対応致します。
