Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the matters to be observed by all Registered Users and the rights and obligations between Lotta Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the Registered Users regarding the use of the EC platform provided by the Company. Those who use this service as a Registered User must read the full text before agreeing to these Terms.
Article 1 [Applicability]
1. The purpose of these Terms is to define the relationship of rights and obligations between the Company and Registered Users (defined in Article 2) concerning the use of the Service (defined in Article 2), and they apply to all relationships involving the use of the Service between the Registered User and the Company.
2. Rules, regulations, and other provisions regarding the Service that the Company posts on its Website (defined in Article 2) from time to time shall constitute a part of these Terms.
Article 2 [Definitions]
The following terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
(1) "Intellectual Property Rights" means copyrights, patents, utility model rights, trademark rights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights (including the right to acquire those rights or to apply for registration of those rights).
(2) "Company Website" means the website operated by the Company with the domain "lottadesign.tokyo" (if the domain or content of the Company's website is changed for any reason, this includes the website after such change).
(3) "Registration Applicant" means the applicant defined in Article 3.
(4) "Registration Information" means the information defined in Article 3.
(5) "Registered User" means an individual or corporation registered as a user of the Service based on Article 3.
(6) "Service" means the EC platform service provided by the Company under the name "LOTTADESIGN." (if the name or content of the service is changed for any reason, this includes the service after such change).
(7) "Product Provider" means an individual or corporation that lists products on the Service provided by the Company.
(8) "Service Agreement" means the agreement for the use of the Service defined in Article 3, Paragraph 3.
Article 3 [Registration]
1. A person who wishes to use the Service (hereinafter "Registration Applicant") may apply to the Company for registration by agreeing to comply with these Terms and providing certain information specified by the Company ("Registration Information") through the method prescribed by the Company.
2. The Company may refuse registration if the Registration Applicant falls under any of the following:
(1) All or part of the Registration Information provided to the Company is false, contains errors, or has omissions.
(2) The applicant is a minor, adult ward, person under curatorship, or person under assistance, and has not obtained the consent of a legal representative, guardian, curator, or assistant.
(3) The Company determines that the applicant is an Anti-Social Force (meaning organized crime groups, members thereof, or individuals/groups pursuing economic gain through violence or fraud) or is involved with such forces through funding or other means.
(4) In other cases where the Company deems registration inappropriate.
3. The Company shall judge the eligibility for registration according to its standards. If registration is approved, the Company will notify the applicant. Upon such notification, the registration is complete, and a Service Agreement is established between the Registered User and the Company.
4. Registered Users shall notify the Company without delay of any changes to their Registration Information.
Article 4 [Use of the Service]
During the validity of the Service Agreement, Registered Users may use the Service in accordance with these Terms and the methods prescribed by the Company.
Article 5 [Purchase of Products]
1. Registered Users may purchase products from Product Providers using the Service.
2. A sales contract is established between the Registered User and the Product Provider when the Company sends a confirmation email. The Registered User acknowledges that the Company is not a party to the sales contract and bears no responsibility for its fulfillment.
3. The payment amount consists of the product price, consumption tax, and shipping/handling fees. Any bank transfer fees shall be borne by the Registered User.
4. Registered Users shall pay the Company, which has the authority to receive payments on behalf of the Product Provider. Direct payments to the Product Provider are prohibited.
5. Payment methods are generally limited to credit card (in the user's name), COD, or bank transfer as specified by the Company.
Article 6 [Returns]
Returns of products purchased through the Service shall be handled in accordance with the "Special Provisions on Returns" within the "Notation based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" posted on the Service.
Article 7 [Handling of Personal Information]
1. Personal information shall be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
2. Registered Users agree that their name, address, and other information will be provided to the Product Provider upon purchase.
Article 8 [ID and Password Management]
1. Registered Users are responsible for managing their ID and password and shall not lend or transfer them to third parties.
Article 9 [Prohibited Actions]
Registered Users must not engage in actions that infringe on intellectual property, involve criminal acts, distribute viruses, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
Article 10 [Suspension of Service]
The Company may suspend the Service for system maintenance, accidents, or force majeure (fire, power failure, natural disasters).
Article 11 [Equipment and Security]
Registered Users shall prepare and maintain the necessary hardware and communication environment at their own expense and responsibility.
Article 12 [Ownership of Rights]
All intellectual property rights related to the Website and Service belong to the Company or its licensors.
Article 13 [Cancellation of Registration]
The Company may cancel a user's registration without notice if they violate these Terms or have not used the Service for more than 6 months.
Article 14 [Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability]
The Service is provided "as is." The Company's liability for damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user in the past 3 months.
Article 15 [User Liability]
Registered Users shall compensate the Company for any damages caused by their violation of these Terms.
Article 16 [Confidentiality]
Users shall not disclose confidential technical or business information of the Company to third parties without prior written consent.
Article 17 [Validity Period]
The Service Agreement remains valid until the registration is cancelled.
Article 18 [Changes to Terms]
The Company may change these Terms. Continued use of the Service after notification of changes constitutes agreement.
Article 20 [Assignment]
Users may not assign their rights or obligations to third parties. The Company may transfer the business to another company.
Article 23 [Governing Law and Jurisdiction]
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Point Program Terms and Conditions
(Termination of Point Program) The Store may terminate this Point Program due to store renewal or operational reasons. In such cases, all points will expire at the end of the specified notice period and usage deadline. Expired points cannot be redeemed for cash or compensated.
1. Conditions for Point Allocation
Criteria: 1 point is allocated for every 100 JPY spent.
Timing: Points are granted at the time of shipment.
2. Conditions for Point Usage
Scope: Points can only be used in this online store. 1 point = 1 JPY.
- The point system cannot be used for payments in currencies other than Japanese Yen.
- Points cannot be used in conjunction with other discount campaigns.
3. Point Expiration
Validity: Points expire 365 days from the last allocation date.
4. Prohibition of Transfer and Conversion
Transfer: Selling or gifting points to others is prohibited.
Cash Conversion: Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Cancellation and Adjustment
Cancellation: Points earned will be forfeited in case of returns, cancellations, or fraudulent use.
Correction: The Company will correct any allocation errors.
6. Changes to Terms
The Store reserves the right to change these terms or the program period at its discretion, with notification provided on this site.
7. Other Precautions
Usage will be suspended if fraudulent activity is detected.
