Selling Price, Payment Timing, and Payment Method
1. Selling Price: 1,000 JPY – 30,000 JPY (Excluding Tax)
2. Payment Timing: After order confirmation and prior to product shipment.

Shipping and Delivery
1. Additional Costs (Shipping Fees): Shipping fees apply to all products (unless otherwise stated in campaigns or coupon offers). Fees are determined based on the carrier’s method, size, and weight.
2. Delivery Schedule: Standard items are typically shipped within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Made-to-order items are shipped after a production period of approximately 30 to 40 days (excluding factory holidays).

Note on Re-delivery:
If you are absent at the time of delivery, please contact the courier service center indicated on the absence notice within 7 days. Items not picked up within the 7-day retention period will be returned to our office. We will notify you via email of the returned shipment. Please contact us within 30 days to request re-shipment (re-shipping costs will be charged via Cash on Delivery). Please note that items held for more than 30 days are no longer eligible for any guarantees or claims.
Returns and Exchanges
[Made-to-Order Items]
Since each pair is produced individually upon order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for made-to-order products. Thank you for your understanding.
1. Requesting Returns/Exchanges:
Please contact us via email before returning any items. If you do not receive a reply, there may be a system error or mail filtering issue; please verify your settings and contact us again.
Exclusion Criteria (Returns/Exchanges NOT accepted if):
- □ More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
- □ The item has been used (including sole scuffs from indoor trials).
- □ The item is soiled or damaged by the customer.
- □ The size does not fit for a Made-to-Order item.
- □ The item is a Sale or Special Promotion item.
- □ The item was purchased outside of this website.
- □ The original shoe box is lost or damaged (including labels stuck directly on the box).
- □ The Delivery Note is missing.
2. Defective or Damaged Items:
Upon receipt, please verify that you have received the correct items in good condition. If the product is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days. We will provide a return or exchange at our expense. *Please note that we may not be able to exchange out-of-stock or made-to-order items immediately.
3. Return Process:
Email us your name, product name, and reason for return within 7 days. Once we confirm, please fill out the return form and ship the item. Shipping costs for returns due to customer preference are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
[Domestic Japan Orders]
■ Credit Card:
The transaction will be canceled upon the arrival of the returned item. If the amount has already been debited, the credit card company will issue a refund. Please contact your card issuer for details on processing times.
■ KOMOJU Pay-easy:
Refunds will be processed directly from KOMOJU to your bank account. A 1,500 JPY refund fee (including the 190 JPY transaction fee) will be deducted from the total refund amount. Processing may take approximately 10 days. *Note: Refunds cannot be issued if the refund amount is less than the fee.
