About the points program

LOTTADESIGN. A points program exclusive to the online store has started.

 

1 point ⇒ ¥ 1 can be used on your next purchase.

 

[Points expiration date]

- 365 days after new points are awarded

[How to earn points]

-Register as a member (if you are already a member, activate the points function)

-You will receive 1 point for every ¥100 you spend on products.

[Points will be awarded at]

- Points will be awarded when the product is shipped (not when payment is made).

[Points redemption range]

-Available only at the official online store. Not available at stores, pop-ups, etc.

[How to check points]

-You can check your points balance on the Account page in the menu.

[For PC users] Click the human icon in the upper right corner to log in.

[For mobile users] Tap the menu bar in the upper left (the three horizontal lines). Tap Log in from the login screen.

 

[Notes on use]

-Points cannot be used in conjunction with other discount campaigns.

-If you already have an account, please log out and log in again to receive the points.

-With the start of the points program, the ¥500 coupon you receive when you add a new LINE friend can only be used at the Kiyosumi Shirakawa store, and cannot be used at the online store. ( However, if you have previously obtained a coupon code, you can continue to use it at the online store until September 30, 2024, as long as it is unused. Points and coupons cannot be used together.

- Currency Restriction: Points cannot be used if payment is made in a currency other than Japanese Yen.)
