⑥ Cancellation / change of order details after ordering |
Orders cannot be changed once an order completion email has been sent. Please be sure to check the order details before completing the ordering process.
If you place an order by mistake , please contact us by email within the same day, as changes can be made only before processing by us.

⑧ About exchange of ordered products (only in Japan) |
In order to reduce the anxiety that the size does not fit, we have decided to accept size exchanges under certain conditions from April 2022. (*This is a test service and will be available until the end of October 2022.)
We will only accept size exchanges if the following conditions are met. Since it will be basically remade, it will take about 35 days after the product is returned. (On rare occasions when stock is available, we can ship without waiting too long. Please forgive us for shipping from stock items.)
* Although it is a free exchange, when returning, the customer's prepayment / re-shipment will be cash on delivery.
* It will be remade after the product is returned.
*May be shipped from stock.
*We do not offer refunds.
*Limited to one purchase per person for the first time.

・Not available in sizes
・Defects after arrival (dirt, etc.)
・More than 8 days have passed since the product arrived

・In consideration of the environment, this site does not use excessive packaging.
・Gift wrapping is not available.
・We do not compensate for missing shoe boxes.
・This site is environmentally friendly and does not overwrap.
・ We do not wrap gifts.
・ We do not compensate for shoe box defects.
⑪Cancellation of membership procedures |
・Cancellation of Newsletter Registration _ You can unsubscribe from the delivered newsletter. If you scroll to the bottom, there is a link to cancel, so please follow the procedure from the link.
・Cancellation of member registration_Please fill in [Request to cancel member registration] from the inquiry form below and send it. The cancellation procedure is manual, so it may take about a week.

・Product images are taken indoors. The appearance of the color of the wearing image and the product image varies depending on the shooting conditions. Please note that the appearance may differ depending on the environment of your PC.
