• As this facility also serves as a historical building preservation site, we conduct a pre-screening of the intended use and may refuse use depending on the intended use.
• The photos shown are of the current condition. If you would like to see the exact condition, we recommend making an appointment to view the property in advance.
• Reservations for one day use will be accepted from one month prior to the desired date of use.

• Key management: Facility keys are strictly managed by staff and will not be loaned to users or duplicated under any circumstances.
• Entry and exit: Staff will unlock and lock the room on-site. Entry and exit without staff present is not permitted.
• Usage time: Includes the time from preparation to restoration to original state. Extensions of time will be charged in 15-minute increments, and we may refuse your request if there is another slot available.

The following actions are strictly prohibited as they cause inconvenience to neighboring residents and other tenants. If any of these actions are discovered, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refunds will be given.

• Gathering of people, sit-ins, and holding events in common areas of buildings (corridors and stairs) and on roads.
• Nailing, screwing, or using strong adhesive tape on buildings (walls, floors, windows, pillars, etc.).
• Parties involving bringing in alcohol, food, and drinks, extremely loud voices, jumping, and other vibrations.
• Smoking, use of fire, or acts that produce strong odors within the facility or near the building.

• When you leave the room, please clean up and return all fixtures to their original positions, in order to "restore the room to its original condition."
• Garbage disposal: Please take all garbage with you. If garbage is left behind without permission, you will be charged a disposal fee and a penalty of 50,000 yen (excluding tax) .
• If excessive dirt or odor remains, a separate cleaning fee and business guarantee fee will be charged.

• Damage to the building: If any equipment or fixtures are damaged or lost, you will be required to pay the actual cost.
• Business compensation: If damage causes business to be unable to continue from the next day onwards, you will be required to pay compensation for lost profits (business losses) in addition to the repair costs.
• Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any theft or loss of luggage, fire, unforeseen accidents, etc.
• Lost items: Items will be stored for one week, after which they will be disposed of at our discretion.

• Parking: There is no parking lot. Please use the nearby paid parking lot. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited.
• Force Majeure: If the facility becomes unavailable due to natural disasters or facility malfunctions, we will cancel your reservation and refund your payment, but will not provide any further compensation.
• Anti-social forces: We will strictly prohibit the use of the facility by those who fall into this category, as well as any violent acts.
