New Year's Holiday Closure Notice

 

Thank you for your continued patronage of LOTTADESIGN.

Our business hours during the New Year holidays will be as follows:

 

[Regarding Shipping]

Last shipping for the year: Deadline by noon on December 28th [Last shipment will be at 3 PM on the same day]

Shipping resumes: From January 3rd (Same-day delivery will not be possible during the delivery company's holiday period from December 1st to January 5th)

Shipping operations suspended: December 28th, 1 PM to January 2nd (Items marked as "in stock" will not be shipped during this period either)

[Regarding Custom Orders]

As the production factory will also be on winter break during the New Year holidays, there will be delays in completion. Please check the scheduled completion dates here.

 

[Regarding Pick-up at Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Store]

Last pick-up for the year: December 21st and 22nd will be the last business days for the store. After that, please contact us via LINE or email.

On December 28th, from 10:00 to 13:00, staff will be present, so you can visit without an appointment. Please call out to the office in room 201.

[Regarding Inquiries]

Inquiry reception suspended: December 28th, 1 PM to January 2nd

Emails, LINE messages, and Instagram inquiries will be answered in order after business resumes in the new year. Please note that for some inquiries, it may be necessary to contact the factory, which may require additional time.
