Please note that this point program will be terminated due to a renewal.

• Point Issuance End Date: Until February 1, 2026 (Sunday) 23:59

• Point Usage Deadline: Until March 31, 2026 (Tuesday) 23:59

-365 days after new points are awarded

[How to earn points]

-Account registration (for those who have already registered an account, activate the point function)

-Points will be awarded based on the purchase amount of products [1 point for every ¥100 spent].

[Timing of point issuance]

-Points will be issued when the product is shipped (not at the time of payment).

[Scope of point usage]

-Only available on the official online store. Cannot be used at physical stores or pop-up shops.

[How to check points]

-You can check your point balance on the account page in the menu.

[For PC screen] Click the person icon in the upper right corner to log in.

[For mobile screen] Tap the menu bar (three horizontal lines icon) in the upper left. Tap login from the login screen.

[How to use points]

-You can use points from the [Cart Page] button in your cart.

-If you wish to use points, please proceed to the [Cart Page] before proceeding to other checkout options in the cart.

-On the [Cart Page] screen, enter the number of points you wish to use, then proceed to [Use Points] → [Checkout].

-Please confirm that the points are reflected on the [Checkout Page] before proceeding with your purchase.

[Notes on use]

-Points cannot be used in conjunction with other discount campaigns.

-Customers who have already registered an account will be awarded points once they log out and then log in again.

-With the launch of the point program, the [¥500 coupon] newly added to LINE friends can only be used at the Kiyosumi-Shirakawa store and cannot be used at the online store. (However, if you have previously obtained a coupon code, it can still be used at the online store until September 30, 2024, provided it has not been used. Points and coupons cannot be used together.)

-If payment is made in a currency other than Japanese Yen, the point system cannot be used. (Currency Restriction: Points cannot be used if payment is made in a currency other than Japanese Yen.)
